Albert Jesus, CEO and Founder of Alpha Journey Leadership and Self Development, has a remarkable journey that shaped his path to success. Born and raised in Anaheim, California, in challenging circumstances. He grew up living in a one-bedroom apartment with 10 family members. Albert always harbored a deep-seated ambition for more and a desire to uplift others. Despite being considered an underdog with many betting against him, Albert defied the odds by joining the United States Marine Corps, where he served for a decade.
Choosing a different path, Albert turned down an offer to join the police department to pursue a career in the fitness industry as an intrapreneur, working to empower others while supporting entrepreneurs. His leadership and vision led to building a team that achieved astonishing growth, expanding the business tenfold within a year. Albert’s focus on creating a culture of intrapreneurs dedicated to mission accomplishment showcases his commitment to excellence and empowering those around him.
